Shipping & Returns
We love our customers, and we want you to be happy!
Orders will be received anywhere from 2-10 business days from the shipped out date, not necessarily from the date it was placed. After the payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process orders-excluding weekends and holidays. (Please keep in mind that this is just an estimate) Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States.
International Shipping is $20 for regular sized items and $40 for oversized packages. Items being shipped to Russia incur a $35 shipping charge. Orders will be received anywhere from 5-15 business days from the shipped out date, not necessarily from the date it was placed. All purchases will be shipped via USPS First-Class International.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking details emailed to you, Sayer's Piece is no longer responsible for goods shipped. Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping

Returns & exchanges
If for any reason you do not LOVE your purchased item(s), we will gladly accept unworn merchandise purchased on sayerspiece.com for a full refund, store credit or exchange within 14 business days of the receipt of purchase. Returned items should be in the original condition (unworn, non-altered, not washed) including all attached tags. Customers will be responsible for all the shipping and handling charges for any returns.
(merchandise with make-up, deodorant and other stains will not be accepted for returns nor exchanges)
Exchanging an item for a different size or for an item of the same value, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase, to confirm stock availability. Items returned for exchange must be in the original condition including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any items exchanges.
International Shipped items, Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Merchandises purchased with a COUPON CODE will be considered as sale items. Therefore, sales are final.

Once your return is received and processed, you will be notified via email that we received your returned item(s) and the details and instructions of your store credit are included (if applicable)
